Bruce might be long gone, but he is certainly not forgotten, especially back here in Oz, where he visited during an Ashes tour. We spent many fun days together drinking cold beer and talking about old times, when we worked together at Michael Page in Holborn, London.

Dearest Bruce, gosh, you are going to be very missed on Thursday afternoons at Lewisham Mencap, where as a loyal volunteer you made many lifelong friends. I too am missing you, as a fellow volunteer and friend. I was looking forward to inviting you sailing in my small dinghy.....and going with you next year for an afternoons tennis at Queens Club, or Eastbourne. Also I put in for the 2018 Wimbledon ballot.....so well who knows......when and where I will go, there you will be in my thoughts. Thanks for the kindness you so freely gave, service to others, the banter, the laughter, your cherished smile, the happy times. It has been a privilege and pleasure to have known you my friend ,sharing this journey called life. Look after him Jesus. Be ever blessed.
